Tank on Empty

Out of gas

Not only did I run out of gas, but when I walked to the nearest gas station, the attendant couldn't unlock the back to get me a container. I called a friend in desperation, and he came to my rescue with a gas can from his girlfriend's basement...I didn't discover until later that it was not a gas can full of gas, but the ever logical gas can full of wood sealer! It took four weeks, 8 thousand dollars, and one exploding engine to get my car back to health. but atleast it made a good story!

Wow. Wow. I have two questions-Did it smell like gas? And if it didn't-WHY'D YOU PUT IT IN?

You numbnut, smell the stuff before pouring it in. Mystery gas cans should be treated like guns, ALWAYS check them before using/handling em.

Chris, I've got to agree with you. Gasoline cans are marked GASOLINE ONLY, are they not? All I can say is at least you didn't get yourself seriously hurt or killed in the process.
