blue ridge parkway
I was just taking a drive and I saw a sign for the Blue Ridge Parkway, knowing I was near empty, but I had no idea how long it was before you could get off the parkway. I drove for fifty miles on the Parkway and then onto some highways with only residential areas before I finally spotted a gas station. I only had enough cash on me for a quarter of a tank so I'm not sure how far from absolute empty I was, but it was a terrifying experience!
